Neptune Towers was the project set up by Gylve "Fenriz" Nagell of Darkthrone in 1993, with the intention to explore a more ambient-driven style as opposed to that of his main band. Fenriz released 2 albums under the Neptune Towers name, "Caravans to Empire Algol" & "Transmissions from Empire Algol" which came out the following year.
