Every article from our range of products can be returned to us within 14 days without stating the reasons. If you choose to do so, you should inform us in advance - in written form, via e-mail, letter or fax, so the purchase price can be recompensed. You need to add your bank connection to the returned article. Please send your purchase return in due time to:

At merchandise value of at least 40 Euro we take on the forwarding charges. Please pay attention that the package is post-paid adequately or otherwise we’ll unfortunately be forced to draw the charged surcharge off the refunded amount. The postage will also be credited to your bank account. If we receive parcels or other sendings, which weren’t sent prepaid we unfortunately feel impelled to deny the acceptance.
Important: if the shrink-wrap and safe seals have been removed from the delivered CDs or DVDs, we cannot accept the return of those discs. Also, goods which were custom-made are none-returnable.
